Relationship Challenges

Take a quick 15-minute breather to clear your mind and let off some steam. This brief session is perfect when you need to pause and express what’s on your mind without diving too deep. Whether you're on a break, between tasks, or just need a moment to talk, the 15-Minute Breather offers you a short yet meaningful opportunity to feel heard and regain focus.

In this 30-minute session, you have a bit more time to unpack your thoughts and emotions. The 30-Minute Cooldown is designed for those moments when life feels overwhelming, and you need someone to listen as you decompress. It’s a chance to slow down, reflect, and release some of the tension you've been carrying, helping you move forward with a clearer head and a calmer heart.

The 45-Minute Tranquility session provides an extended opportunity for you to dive deeper into what’s on your mind. This is ideal when you need a more thorough conversation to explore your feelings, challenges, or just to talk things through. With nearly an hour to share, you can take your time, knowing that we’re here to listen and support you through it all, leaving you with a sense of peace and relief.
